THE Oyo State Police Command has arrested a 32-year-old man, Olalekan, allegedly caught with a human head. The suspected ritualist, according to the Public Relations Officer, SP Adekunle Ajisebutu, was arrested at Modina area, Idi-Aro, Ibadan at about 6.30a.m.

The arrest of the suspect followed information by members of the public, who raised the alarm over his strange and suspicious movement.

Consequently, policemen attached to the Idi-Aro Police Division mobilised and promptly raced to the scene, where the suspect was eventually arrested with the exhibit.

During interrogation, the suspect disclosed that the exhibit was given to him by his younger brother, Saheed, currently on the run.

An investigation also revealed that the suspect and his cohort have been dealing in human parts. Previously, two human skulls were sold to undisclosed clients. The latest recovered part was meant for a yet-to-be-identified pastor in Ibadan.

Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Odude, has directed the Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Iya-ganku, to take over the case.
